PromoCreators operates on a campaign-based pricing model. Brands add funds to a campaign budget and use those funds for approved creator campaign activity, including but not limited to leads, clicks, story submissions, post submissions, reach campaigns, or other approved campaign actions defined in each campaign.
This Refund Policy applies to all users of the PromoCreators platform operated by GUTU VADIM PERSOANĂ FIZICĂ AUTORIZATĂ, registered in Romania under registration number 1910128410069, having its registered address at Str. Castanilor nr.5 bl.C2 sc.A et.2 ap.42, Mun. Vaslui, Jud. VS, România.
When a Brand funds a campaign, PromoCreators charges the campaign budget plus a platform service fee. Unless stated otherwise, the platform service fee is 20% of the campaign budget.
The platform service fee covers access to the PromoCreators platform, campaign setup tools, creator management tools, tracking, reporting, validation, administration, and platform infrastructure.
Unused campaign balance may be refunded upon request, provided that the funds have not been spent, reserved, committed, or connected to approved campaign activity.
PromoCreators may refuse or reduce a refund request if the campaign balance has already been used for approved creator actions, approved submissions, campaign results, fees, payment processing costs, chargebacks, or other amounts owed under these Terms.
Once a campaign has been launched, the platform service fee is non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
If a Brand cancels a launched campaign, any unused and uncommitted campaign balance may be returned to the Brand's campaign wallet or refunded at PromoCreators' discretion.
Approved campaign results and approved creator submissions remain payable and are not refundable.
Approved campaign results are final and non-refundable.
This includes, but is not limited to:
A Brand is responsible for reviewing campaign rules, payout terms, targeting, required actions, and approval conditions before launching a campaign.
If a campaign result, lead, click, submission, story, post, or other creator action is rejected as invalid according to the campaign rules, the related campaign amount will not be paid to the Creator and may be returned to the Brand's campaign balance.
PromoCreators may reject campaign activity if it appears to be duplicate, fraudulent, incomplete, unverifiable, non-compliant with campaign rules, or otherwise invalid.
Creators join PromoCreators without an upfront fee. PromoCreators deducts a creator service fee from approved creator earnings. Unless stated otherwise, the creator service fee is 10% of approved creator earnings.
Creator earnings become payable only after campaign activity is approved according to the relevant campaign rules and any applicable review period has passed.
Creator service fees are non-refundable once creator earnings have been approved, except where required by applicable law.
PromoCreators may apply a review period before creator earnings become payable. This review period allows PromoCreators and Brands to verify campaign results, check for duplicate or suspicious activity, resolve disputes, and confirm compliance with campaign rules.
PromoCreators may delay, suspend, reverse, or cancel creator earnings if campaign activity is later found to be fraudulent, invalid, duplicated, manipulated, or in breach of these Terms or campaign rules.
If a Brand makes a duplicate payment or is charged in error, the Brand may request a refund by contacting PromoCreators.
PromoCreators may refund duplicate or mistaken payments if the funds have not been spent, reserved, committed, or connected to approved campaign activity.
Payment processor fees, currency conversion fees, banking fees, and other third-party charges may be deducted from refunds where permitted by applicable law.
If a Brand initiates a chargeback, payment dispute, reversal, or similar claim, PromoCreators may suspend the Brand's account, pause active campaigns, freeze campaign balances, delay creator earnings, and withhold payouts until the matter is resolved.
If a chargeback or payment dispute relates to campaign activity that has already been approved, PromoCreators may recover the disputed amount, related fees, penalties, and costs from the Brand's remaining balance or future payments.
PromoCreators may refuse refunds, suspend balances, reverse earnings, or close accounts if there is evidence of fraud, abuse, manipulation, duplicate activity, fake submissions, misleading information, payment failure, chargebacks, or violation of these Terms or campaign rules.
This applies to both Brands and Creators.
Where applicable, consumers may have a legal right of withdrawal for online service contracts.
If a user requests that PromoCreators begins providing services before the end of any applicable withdrawal period, the user acknowledges that amounts related to services already provided, launched campaigns, approved campaign activity, platform service fees, and approved creator earnings may not be refundable to the extent permitted by law.
This section does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

PromoCreators will review refund requests within a reasonable time and may request additional information before making a decision.
Approved refunds are usually returned to the original payment method where possible. If this is not possible, PromoCreators may offer another refund method at its discretion.
Refund processing times may depend on the payment provider, card issuer, bank, or other third-party payment processor.
PromoCreators may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version published on the website at the time of payment or campaign launch will generally apply to that payment or campaign, unless a change is required by law or is more favorable to the user.
